Winning Kumite

Winning Kumite is an instructional video/DVD recommended for practitioners of all styles of karate who wish to enhance their fighting skills. This video contains interesting methods and ideas for competition preparation. It also features footage of the 8 th World Shoto Cup in Japan.

Keith Geyer is an internationally recognised instructor with over thirty years of karate experience. He is one of the few non-Japanese instructors to be awarded the senior grade of 7 th Dan by the Japanese Karate Association.

Keith represented South Africa internationally for fourteen years and was 6 times All-Styles South African kumite champion. A number of karate-ka under his guidance have won world championships.
